Senator Cornyn supported the permanent extension and enhancement of tax deductions for independent contractors including REALTORS® through Section 199A, preventing a tax hike on REALTORS®.

Senator Cornyn supported the permanent extension of Opportunity Zones, including the full exclusion of future capital gains on OZ investments held for at least 10 years.
